As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for reliable, skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operators and Yard Personnel to join our dynamic Toowoomba team.
About the Role
You’ll play a crucial part in keeping our yard operations running efficiently and safely. Whether it’s loading equipment for mobilisation, unloading deliveries, or ensuring the yard is clean and organised—you’ll be hands-on and essential to the day-to-day flow of our business.
Duties Include:
Safely operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, containers, and machinery
Mobilising equipment for transport and site delivery
Assisting with loading and unloading our own road trains with cargo and strapping down - making it seamless for our drivers to check the load and then go!
Assisting with general yard duties and housekeeping
Completing basic equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs
Supporting the operations team with timely and efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For:
A valid Forklift Licence (LF) with a clean safety record
Previous forklift operating experience—ideally in a fast-paced yard or transport environment
Strong work ethic and a reliable, team-first attitude
Good communication skills and a commitment to safety
