We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator on a part-time basis. If you have a genuine interest in helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life, this could be the ideal role for you.
This pivotal role plays a crucial part in each clinic, contributing to clinic performance and enhancing our customers' experience. We are looking for an individual with outstanding organisational and customer service skills who will help more people access better hearing outcomes.
You will work closely with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to provide quality hearing health care services to all our clients. You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs, enabling you to expertly apply tailored client-specific sales strategies and ensure they receive the best possible solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
* Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients throughout their hearing journey.
* A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification.
* Computer literacy skills.
