Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications * Degree in accounting, finance or commerce or equivalent is desirable. * Experience in best practice budgeting within government and knowledge of the Financial Management Act is desirable. * Experience using Microsoft Excel is well regarded. This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
