**Description**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team, providing vital support to our Regional Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure the seamless flow of information within the team and with external stakeholders. Your role will also extend to providing high-level administrative support to our Engineers and Project Management team, helping to drive successful project outcomes.
About the role
**Team Point of Contact**: Serve as the primary liaison for the Regional Coordinator, addressing inquiries, facilitating communication, and managing the flow of information between stakeholders.
**Meeting Organisation**: Plan and coordinate meetings and alliance activities, ensuring all logístical details are handled and participant needs are met. Prepare agendas, minutes, reports and post-meeting actions that support strategic decision-making and project delivery.
**Project Support**: Attend meetings to provide on-the-ground support for alliance activities, involving travel throughout Regional Queensland as needed. Provide remote admin and technical support for project delivery as required.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Competencies
Highly demonstrated ability to deliver professional, practical, and efficient administrative and executive support, to meet company deadlines.
Well-developed technical and governance acumen, particularly within the context of local government infrastructure and essential services.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
A highly developed ability to identify problems, brainstorm and implement best solutions.
Highly developed communication (oral and written), interpersonal and negotiation skills when interacting with clients, stakeholders and team members.
Demonstrated motivation, self-discipline, initiative-taking, methodical and well-organised professional approach when undertaking most work-related activities.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and document management systems.
Ability to adapt to changing working environments, technology, work priorities and business needs.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years' in similar role.
- Extensive software experience (Microsoft Office Suite)
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
A relevant qualification in office administration e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma of Business, or equivalent, would be well regarded.
Experience working in project management or engineering environment is highly desired.
Current Driver's Licence.
