We are assisting our client based in Bentley who is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Advisor for a 12-month assignment.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Organisational Development Advisor to join a dynamic team supporting a leading energy / infrastructure organisation.
This role will play a key part in building organisational capability, driving leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement.
As an OD Advisor, you will partner with leaders across the business to implement practical, impactful development programs, support cultural initiatives, and provide guidance on learning and performance interventions.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and have a tangible impact on the organisation's people and culture.
The role
Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership and capability development programs aligned to organisational priorities.
Support cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage organisational development projects end-to-end, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.
Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on learning strategies and development best practice.
Administer and optimise Learning Management Systems to support employee development initiatives.
Analyse data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in leadership development, capability building, and organisational development initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Experience facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, and delivering learning interventions.
Demonstrated ability to manage OD projects from inception to evaluation.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or similar preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Training & Assessment, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications (e.g., coaching, Hogan assessments) are desirable.
Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., AHRI) is advantageous.
