Client Services Officer – AccessCare (City of Kingston)
Location: Mentone
Salary: $74,303 – $79,054 per annum (dependent on experience) plus superannuation.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Client Services Officer to join our fast‐paced Home Support team, rostering and delivering home care services to clients within their homes and the community. The role is full‐time, permanent, and based at our Mentone office.
Responsibilities
* Roster home support services for clients.
* Respond to a high volume of telephone enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain the client database, ensuring accurate and up‐to‐date records.
* Quickly resolve last‐minute roster changes due to labour shortages.
The role is integral to the delivery of in‐home services to elderly people and those with disabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Clear communication style with a calm, professional phone manner.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
* Experience with client database systems such as Carelink+ (or similar).
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
* Background in customer service and community service environment; rostering large teams preferred.
