**About the role**
The Examinations Business and Audio-Visual (AV) Advisor will be responsible for working with project teams and operational groups, providing advice on examinations operations as well as assistance with AV setup of examination and viewing rooms.
The Examinations Business and AV Advisor will be responsible for managing external vendors, service providers and assisting project teams with the delivery of examination operations capability outcomes.
- Displays a genuine interest in examinations operations and is enthusiastic about continuous professional development.
- Has sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management skills including experience establishing plans and timeframes for achieving results, as well as a demonstrated ability to manage change and uncertainty, with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and see activities through to completion.
- Highly developed verbal and written communications skills, including demonstrated ability to maintain productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with conflicting stakeholder feedback, developing high level briefing documents, leading and coordinating small working groups as well as facilitating discussions and driving decision-making processes.
- Experience with business AV systems in office and other remote locations.
