Dwyer & Ross Optometrists is seeking an Optometrist to join our established Margate team on a 1‐year contract, with potential to transition into a permanent role. We welcome applications from experienced Optometrists seeking 1.5‐2.5 days per week, as well as new graduate or early‐career Optometrists interested in full‐time work with a flexible approach to duties.
The Role
* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and manage a wide range of vision and ocular health conditions
* Utilise modern diagnostic equipment to support accurate clinical decision‐making
* Provide practical advice on eyewear and optical solutions tailored to each patient
* Support dispensing where appropriate to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and ethical standards

About You
* AHPRA registered Optometrist with therapeutic endorsement
* Confident delivering full‐scope optometry and quality clinical outcomes
* Strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and a professional, well‐presented manner
* Open to learning and growing within an independent practice setting
* Saturday availability
