Overview


We are a busy and growing concrete cutting and demolition company seeking a motivated and reliable Administration/Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, professional, and thrives in a teamwork environment.


Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
* Answering phones, managing emails and communicating with the operators
* Scheduling and coordinating jobs with management
* Preparing job bookings and assist with the invoicing process
* Maintaining records, filing, and compliance paperwork (including SWMS, safety forms, and equipment documentation)
* Supporting management and field staff with administration requirements


What We're Looking For

* Previous administration or receptionist experience (construction/trade industry experience highly regarded) is ideal however happy to train while operating
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and reliable attitude
