Community Development Coordinator Role
This position is focused on creating positive impacts in the community through various initiatives and programs.
As a Community Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating key community events and programming. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring that all activities align with the community strategic plan.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Community Development, Communications, or Social Sciences, along with substantial experience in community development, relationship management, and promotional strategies.
You will also be expected to maintain effective communication tools and ensure culturally inclusive information sharing with community members and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of community events and programming.
* Develop and deliver innovative social and community capacity building projects and programs.
* Maintain, develop, and implement culturally inclusive communication tools.
* Support the coordination and community engagement around the development, monitoring, and implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Community Development, Communications, or Social Sciences.
* Substantial experience in community development, relationship management, and promotional strategies.
* Current Class C Driver's Licence.
