With over 75 years of experience, we provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective helicopter services worldwide, committed to safety, quality, and innovation.Role Summary:The Contract Manager will oversee client contracts within the region, reporting to the Head of CHC Australia.
The role involves working independently with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with Commercial Managers and Business Unit Leaders to support contract management and strategy execution.Key Responsibilities:Protect and expand CHC's market position and develop strategies to enhance customer experience in line with contracts and company strategy.Lead safety initiatives, promoting safety culture and behavior improvements.Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders (global, regional, country management) and external partners (regulators, customers, suppliers).Resolve operational issues and communicate regularly with clients.Attend and represent the company at biannual and monthly customer meetings.Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and adherence to contract milestones.Disseminate contract-related information internally.Respond to corporate requests regarding contracts and amendments.Communicate effectively about tenders, contracts, and negotiations.Travel regionally as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:Extensive experience in rotary wing operations.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to build strategic relationships and think strategically.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving skills and operational aviation knowledge.Ability to manage multiple projects and demands in a high-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools.Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.Hazard identification and risk management experience.Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.We value diversity and encourage applications from Indigenous Australians, all genders, LGBTI+ community, mature workers, people with disabilities, and diverse backgrounds.Note: We reserve the right to close applications early or contact only shortlisted candidates.
