We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to lead and support our training operations.
This role is critical in ensuring our training and assessment practices meet the Standards for RTOs, while also providing academic leadership to trainers and support to students.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day coordination of training delivery across all qualifications.Support trainers and assessors with session planning, resource allocation, and professional development.Conduct internal audits, validation and moderation sessions.Coordinate timetables, trainer allocations, and student academic support.Liaise with the academic and compliance teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement.Provide support during audits and external compliance reviews.QualificationsCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or TAE***** or equivalent)Relevant qualifications in one or more areas offered by ATCWADemonstrated experience in a similar role within an RTO/CRICOS environmentStrong understanding of the Revised Standards for RTOs **** and National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas StudentsExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with trainers, students, and administration teamsExperience with student management systems RTO Manager and Student'sLMSKnowledge of ASQA regulatory processes and compliance audits
