Marketing Assistant
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the fast-paced environment of a winery and wants to be involved in every aspect of marketing.
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage social media, and create engaging content.
Responsibilities include:
* Cellar door operations - opening and setting up for tastings and casual dining, engaging with guests and selling our wines, overseeing bookings and liaising with restaurants.
* Wine club management - data entry, contacting members to confirm monthly orders, compiling, packing and dispatching, processing payments, and following up to ensure member satisfaction.
* Events development - parties in our 55-seat restaurant to weddings in our grounds.
* Regional sales - servicing customers in the Bendigo, Heathcote, Kyneton, Daylesford and surrounding areas.
