About the role
Join us as an Early Childhood Educator – Diploma ( internally known as Early Childhood Officer ) where you’ll be at the heart of our Children’s Centre, creating an engaging and inclusive educational environment for our little learners in a fun-filled setting!
You’ll collaborate with a fantastic team to plan, implement, and assess exciting activities that help make a lasting impact on the children’s educational journeys.
Our Childcare Centres is open from 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and operates 48 weeks of the year. We close for a refreshing four-week break over Christmas, ensuring our team is ready for another exciting year of learning.
About you

Your ability to foster respectful relationships with families and colleagues, along with your commitment to maintaining a safe and stimulating environment ensures the smooth and successful operation of our dynamic centre.
What you will bring:
* Diploma qualification recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework.
* A Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and ACECQA-approved First Aid certification (including CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis, and diabetes management).
* Demonstrated experience in early childhood services is highly regarded
