The Job
This role is more than a leadership position; it's a pivotal opportunity to influence the future of the sector. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of five homes, where your main objective will be to ensure the delivery of outstanding care, uphold operational excellence, and foster a people‐first culture across all facilities.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of service, supporting your teams, and driving sustainable growth throughout the organisation. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the performance, resident experience, and operational efficiency of each facility. Promoting a culture of excellence, you will encourage best‐practice sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will manage risks, spearhead strategic business initiatives, and identify opportunities for growth. Leading and developing a high‐performing team of Facility Managers will be fundamental to your success, as will collaborating with HR to enhance recruitment, retention, and succession planning. Moreover, you will be tasked with overseeing financial and operational KPIs to ensure the success and sustainability of each facility in your portfolio.

Skills Required
* Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, or a related field
* Exceptional leadership, mentoring and developing Facility Managers
* Strategic planning and execution skills for managing business initiatives and growth opportunities
* Operational efficiency: identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and resident experience
* Risk‐management skills to ensure compliance across facilities
* Financial acumen to manage and meet KPIs for financial health and sustainability
