To be successful you must have the following:
Extensive commercial construction experience delivering projects up to $M
Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and day-to-day operations
Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and commercial build requirements
Commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery
Strong communication skills and an ability to represent the business professionally on-site
Experience working on education, health, aged care, community, or commercial facilities highly regarded
