About The Role
The Warehouse Operator / Customer Service is a full‐time position based at our store in Coffs Harbour - NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service (walk‐in, email, phone).
* Assist in day‐to‐day activities within the store.
* Process orders, invoices and payments.
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store.
* Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with forklift or manually as required.
* Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
* Assist with deliveries when required.
What You Bring To The Role
* Active forklift licence and relevant experience.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Strong work ethic, confident and well‐presented when dealing with customers.
* Excellent customer service & communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn about products and services.
* Experience working in a fast‐paced and busy environment.
* Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
