Description: Install high-quality irrigation and pumping solutions, custom-designed by our engineers, across a range of irrigation services including bore and irrigation pumps, mainline, valving and controllers installs and maintenance, bore meters, and more.
Day to Day
This is a full-time field role, working on the tools individually or in small teams (typically 2-4 people) in a fast-paced environment that requires discipline, knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Team & Location
You will work under Michael Wallace, Irrigation Manager, and with our Irrigation & Pumping team. You will also have opportunities to engage with our Drilling and Water Licensing teams. Our main yard is in Herne Hill; we operate across Perth and surrounding suburbs (from Gingin to Serpentine and inland).
Full-time hours with a minimum 38 hours per week plus overtime. You will be part of a supportive, team-based culture and have the opportunity to advance.

Training (First 1-2 Weeks)
During training, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to learn the job. Michael, our Irrigation Manager, will mentor you and ensure you have what you need. You’ll learn our irrigation service offering, including:
- Irrigation system construction and maintenance (agricultural and commercial spaces).
- Submersible and centrifugal pump installations.
- Standard bore services – pump maintenance, chemical dosing, assessments, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a similar irrigation role (required).
- Knowledge of water bores and submersible pumps (preferred).
- Experience with diggers/excavators (required) and the corresponding ticket (preferred).
- Dedication, initiative to learn, and a positive, collaborative mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interactions.
- Good time management and efficiency; ability to adapt to different products, services, sites (farms, equine, residential), and locations.
