**he Opportunity**
You will support our Commercial Project Manager in tracking and recording project progress from commencement to close; including
- Coordinating project kick-off meetings with key stakeholders
- Reviewing tendered pricing and program of work to ensure alignment with capacity and project specification
- Tracking and recording scheduled project progress through installation completion and day-to-day liaising with key stakeholders
- Preparing purchase orders, processing material orders and updating invoice claims based on project stages and producing reports as required
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar project coordination or contract administration role, preferably within a building, construction or manufacturing industry
- Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy, specifically in MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and communicate at all levels and build strong relationships
- Well-developed problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
- A current driver's licence
