Job Title: Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a venue across all operational and delivery elements. They will manage a team to ensure the venue operates at best practice level with exceptional customer service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Think strategically and use influence to establish strong working relationships externally to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
* Collaborate effectively to develop strong working relationships with peers, staff, and stakeholders to deliver quality and timely communications and services.
* Manage a diverse team to build a strong positive culture and work ethic.
* Work with regional artists, arts and community groups and commercial companies.
* Have high-level computer knowledge and skills, electronic ticketing systems, administrative skills, financial management practices and organizational skills.
* Frequently work outside regular hours and occasionally travel intrastate.
* Hold a current Australian Driver's License, valid Department of Human Services Child Related Employment Screening and current First Aid Certificate.
* Participate in performance reviews and achieve targets as negotiated with the line manager.
