We are now seeking the right candidate, with a strong focus on customer service, to join our successful Service team in the role of Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer.
Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties will include:
* Acting as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries
* Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
* Writing and invoicing customer paperwork in a timely manner
* Following up and liaising with customers about their car servicing requirements
* Updating customers on their service or repair work throughout the day
* Booking customers into our computer system for servicing and repair work
* Follow our internal processes and procedures
The successful applicant must have:
* Excellent communication skills oral and written
* Be punctual with a strong work ethic
* Be customer focused
* Able to meet timelines and work in a busy environment
* Be able to start at 7.30 am Monday to Friday
* Previous experience, while not necessary will be viewed favourably
* Effective time management, with the ability to multi-task
