About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to support the academic team in delivering high-quality teaching practices that have a positive impact on student achievement.
* Collaborate with the Director of Junior Studies, Heads of Department, the Inclusive Education Team, and individual teachers to ensure all students are achieving their potential.
* Work closely with the Assistant Principal Curriculum and Innovation to engage teaching staff in professional growth and development.
* Embed whole school approaches to assessment and reporting, AI, Data Analytics, and College Learning Management System practices across the College.
