About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our powder mix production site. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced operators, ensuring products are accurately packed, labelled, and quality checked in line with site standards.
Shifts:
* On-going Monday to Friday
* Able to work flexible morning shifts, either 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and assist with packaging machinery including: Pouch filling & sealing machines, Jar/Tub filling lines
* Conduct weight checks using checkweighers and ensure compliance with metal detector procedures.
* Perform routine paperwork and quality checks every 30 minutes.
* Work closely with machine operators and follow buddy system support.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
* Follow minimal/no makeup policy to ensure product integrity.

Work Environment
* Powder-based site: environment can be dusty (not excessive). Candidates should disclose if they have asthma or dust-related allergies.
* Noise levels are within safe limits; however, one line produces louder noise when sealing bags. Earplugs are available upon request.
* Role involves repetitive manual tasks and standing for long periods.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in food, pharmaceutical, or packaging environments (preferred but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
* Physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to comply with safety, hygiene, and documentation requirements.
* Must adhere to site requirements: no makeup and no strong fragrances
* Steel-capped boots or safety shoes
