Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

THE ROLE
* Lead a safety‑first culture through inspections, incident investigations, and compliance with statutory requirements
* Execute planned and unplanned maintenance workload while enhancing safe work and efficient practices
* Identify and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives throughout the maintenance department
* Promote company initiatives and uphold personal and team operation within core values, procedures and policies
* Facilitate daily pre‑shift meetings and discussions around site business
* Work with Leading Hands to allocate tasks, prioritise and monitor work quality and progress
* Identify shortfalls in skills and knowledge and escalates to Superintendent for recommendations
* Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work
* Promote a high level of safety awareness, leading from the front and by example
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders as required
WHAT DO I NEED
* Valid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences
* 8 years' mechanical maintenance experience in an underground mining environment (essential)
* 2 years' experience as a Supervisor or similar role (essential)
* Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desired)
* Intermediate computer literacy and ability to prepare communication, reports, presentations and other products using Microsoft Office
* Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise workloads
* Exposure to maintenance systems and planning
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on developing effective relationships and team building
