We currently have a reception position available within our Melbourne Branch.
About The Position
We are seeking a mature self-motivated individual to manage our reception desk. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients and technicians as well as offering administration support across the organization.
Your Responsibilities In This Role Will Include
1. Answer, screen, and forward calls in a professional manner
2. Greet and welcome guests.
3. Purchase order entry (PRONTO system)
4. Managing incoming Accounts Payable invoices (KOFAX system)
5. Managing Daily Sign in / Out Register
6. Managing Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriers
7. Document filing, organizing, archiving and general Administration Duties
8. Managing bookings for conference/meeting rooms
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Require
1. Excellent communication and organisation skills and attention to detail
2. A positive and professional manner
3. Ability to work independently and as a team.
4. Previous administration experience.
