Meatsmith currently operates 4 retail stores as well as a Production department.
We're continuing to grow, and looking for a Butcher to join our team.
The candidate will have strong butcher skills and an eye for quality, working in the Butchery team.
Responsibilities
- Product preparation
- Body breakdown
- Preparing and cutting orders
- Managing production schedules within required timeframes
- Maintaining quality control systems
- Communication with other departments
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications
Strong butcher skills and an eye for quality; experience in a butcher role preferred.
