We are looking for a customer-focused representative to support our members.
* Deliver exceptional service to customers, answering queries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
* Manage front-desk operations, checking-in members and processing transactions on the point of sale system.
* Provide guidance on membership options and answer billing or payment questions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have prior experience in customer-facing roles. Additionally, they must be punctual, reliable and maintain a positive attitude.
Physical Demands
This role requires standing and walking for prolonged periods, frequent use of stairs and the ability to lift moderate weights (up to 50lbs). The successful candidate will also need to pass a basic first aid certification course and be physically fit to administer CPR if required.
