What's the role?
In this role, you will be part of the exciting development and construction of the Brisbane 2030 Olympics Embarking on a career as an Account Manager at Hilti is an exciting journey, especially if you are keen to develop your career in a global company and build a strong business foundation. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, with ownership to create a work schedule that suits you and your customers. Your responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on-site, and providing high-level customer consultation.
What does the role involve?
* Building relationships by meeting with customers regularly to identify business opportunities and creating long-term, profitable relationships.
* Time and Territory Management (TTM) - creating a daily schedule that includes on-site visits and office meetings to optimize sales potential within your territory.
* Be a Hilti Champion – possessing the technical knowledge to deliver high-level customer consultations and representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
* Tracking your progress using Salesforce to record interactions and sales activities, as reporting is a key part of this role.
What you need is:
* Tertiary qualification (highly desirable).
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
* Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Hands-on attitude – demonstrating tools to customers, using platforms like Salesforce, and collaborating across departments.
* Time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
* Valid full Australian driver's license – a company car will be provided.
* Engineering qualification or construction industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Candidates on 485 Temporary Graduate Visas will also be considered.
