The Opportunity
We are looking for energetic team players who love creating unforgettable guest experiences! As a room attendant, you will play a key role in making every room clean, comfortable and ready for a perfect stay.
Your Day To Day
* Ensure cleaning of all guest rooms is completed to Sea World Resort standards - paying specific attention to time frames and quality control.
* Prepare trolley with adequate linen and equipment supplies for job requirements adhering to Workplace Health and Safety standards.
* Consistently display professional image in all verbal and non verbal communication.
* Effectively manage resources and manage waste by recycling products as required.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous housekeeping experience is highly desired
* Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
* Good communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Be physically fit - physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
* Ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes
* Immunisation for Hepatitis A&B is recommended
* Shifts are generally 9:00am – 3:00pm
* Flexible availability across a 7 days roster is essential
