Auto Electrician Job Description
Our Heavy Vehicle Smash Repair Centre is seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team in Malaga. As an essential member of our workshop, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in heavy vehicles.
Job Responsibilities
1. Perform general auto electrical work on trucks and other vehicles
2. Carry out workshop and field service work when required
3. Repair and maintain air conditioning systems
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems
5. Install and configure electrical components, such as batteries and starter motors
6. Troubleshoot and repair faults in vehicle lighting systems
7. Install and repair communication and entertainment systems
8. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems
9. Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Auto Electrician Trade Qualified (Essential)
* Mechanical knowledge to assist in the overall application of electrical works
* Computer knowledge to enable application of appropriate software with any electronic devices
* Self-starter and take responsibility for work
* Overall aptitude for technical activities
