We are looking for experienced Trade Qualified Feild workers who are reliable and enjoy providing high-quality infrastructure maintenance. A strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety, and the ability to ensure that all machinery and operations are conducted according to specific guidelines are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Construct and repair timber bridges and pedestrian boardwalks.
* Execute formwork, pouring, and finishing for kerbs and channels.
* Install and maintain stormwater drainage systems and culverts.
* Repair roadside assets and maintain foreshore reserves.
* Conduct general labouring and site preparation tasks.
* Ensure safe removal and disposal of debris from worksites.
Required Qualifications
* Trade Qualification: Cert III in Carpentry or trade equivalent.
* White Card: Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Current).
* Driver's Licence: Valid Manual Driver's License.
* Experience: Proven background in civil construction, concreting, or bridge maintenance.
* Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification.
* White Card.
* Valid Manual Driver's License (MR/HR license preferred).
* Experience in civil infrastructure or bridge maintenance.
Highly Regarded
* MR/HR Licence (or willing to obtain).
* TMI/TMA: Traffic Management Implementation or Traffic Management Awareness.
* First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
* Plant Tickets: Excavator or other civil plant tickets with proven operating experience.
* Safety Mindset: A proactive attitude toward risk assessment and team safety.
