About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to drive commercial success across financial performance, operations, staff development, and marketing. As State Commercial Director, you’ll play a key role in implementing our Strategic Plan and upholding our Purpose and Guiding Principles.

You’ll lead with integrity, support your team and clients, and champion equality of chance. Your impact will benefit employees, customers, shareholders, and the broader community.

Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV), with a current specialisation, or interest to specialise, in Advisory, Projects and other areas of valuation. We can provide you growing volumes and a diverse client base. With strong administration support, national systems in place and a true one team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running.

About You

You’ll be a great fit for us if:

- This is a non-negotiable due to the property valuation industry’s governing body
