About The Role
This is a high‐impact role for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys owning their patch and seeing projects through from first conversation to delivery.
You'll be out in the market meeting customers, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and opening doors with new prospects—positioning Ausco as the partner of choice for modular building solutions.
From spotting early opportunities to closing deals and coordinating delivery and installation, you'll have end‐to‐end ownership of your sales pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build trusted relationships by attending customer meetings, managing existing accounts, and converting new leads into long‐term clients.
* Identify and pursue emerging opportunities across construction and infrastructure projects.
* Prepare detailed quotes, help shape project scope, contribute to pricing, and coordinate delivery and installation.
* Work closely with Bid Managers, Sales Admin, Construction, and Operations teams to deliver tailored modular solutions.
* Take full ownership of your pipeline—from nurturing warm leads to confident cold calling and strategic targeting of T1 and T2 Contractors.
You'll Bring
* Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of results.
* Experience in modular buildings, equipment or asset hire, construction, infrastructure, or contract services (highly regarded).
* Strong relationship‐building, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills.
* Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools to manage your pipeline.
* Persistence, resilience, and professionalism when handling objections or rejection.
