Job Title: Boat Mechanic Supervisor
Serve as a supervisor for maintenance and repair operations at the Bullfrog Resort and Marina.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and participate in building and facilities maintenance and repair tasks.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with safety standards and precautions.
* Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee accuracy.
* Maintain equipment in proper working order.
* Supervise the upkeep of equipment and tools.
* Operate specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively as needed.
* Provide training and guidance to subordinate employees.
* Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects.
* Compile and maintain records for weekly and monthly reports.
* Ensure accurate time records for payroll purposes.

Requirements
* Requires at least 5 years of experience in one or more skilled trades.
* Prior leadership experience is preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Considerable knowledge of building, grounds, and facilities maintenance and repair practices, methods, and techniques.
* Excellent organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MS office software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Understanding of the importance of a work order system to support CMMS implementation.
* Experience with CMMS systems and building management systems is advantageous.
* Universal refrigeration certification is an asset.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines for building and facilities maintenance and repair.
* Ability to work extended hours in challenging weather conditions and emergency situations.
* Effective radio communication and ability to hear in noisy environments.
* Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and the public.
* Capability to wear personal protective equipment as required.
