Your Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Senior lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in a corporate/commercial environment.
* Tertiary qualification in law and current practicing certificate or ability to readily regain it.
* Demonstrated experience as a Company Secretary.
* Able to balance commercial and legal considerations to deliver practical solutions.
