Job Opportunity: Finance and Administration Support
We are seeking an experienced finance and administration professional to support our organisation with day-to-day finance transactions, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset register management. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing GST, BAS, ISA and PAYG reporting, as well as supporting month-end processes and payroll functions.
* Process day-to-day finance transactions and reconciliations
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset register
* Maintain the donor and pledge register
* Prepare financial reports and statements
* Support month-end processes and payroll functions
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will have experience in finance and administration, including payroll processing, and be proficient in relevant software applications.
