What You'll Be Doing
* Learn the ins and outs of the State Swim program
* Support smooth, efficient daily operations
* Help lead and motivate staff with confidence and care
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences to swimmers and families
* Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
* Take initiative and own procedural responsibilities
* Help create a fun, dynamic shop atmosphere
* Work one weekend shift per week
