About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care while providing clinical expertise, leadership and guidance across community settings to ensure safe, coordinated and integrated service delivery. You will also play a key role in improving outcomes by contributing to clinical planning, supporting quality and compliance activities, reviewing clinical guidelines, and driving continuous improvement that enhances the wellbeing of older South Australians.
About You
A successful Clinical Nurse is an experienced and compassionate professional who brings strong clinical judgement, a person‑centred approach, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead, support and guide others. You thrive in dynamic environments, value collaboration, and demonstrate professionalism, empathy and resilience while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Essential
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated competence in clinical nursing practice
* National Police Clearance
* Driver’s Licence
* Manual Handling training
Desirable
* Experience in aged care or community nursing
* Ability to use clinical technology and documentation systems
