With a strong balance sheet, a robust pipeline, and significant capital ready to deploy, the business is now looking to appoint a strategic and well-connected Acquisition Manager to lead new residential land and built-form acquisitions across Southeast Queensland.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will take the lead in identifying, negotiating and securing key acquisition opportunities across SEQ, while shaping growth strategy and supporting broader national initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and managing a pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned to strategic growth targets
- Direct negotiations with landowners and capital partners on acquisitions and joint venture dealsl>
- Preparing feasibility models, financial analysis and investment submissions
- Leading due diligence processes and transaction management through to handover
- Building strong stakeholder networks with agents, consultants, government and the broader property sector
- Supporting new business initiatives and market expansion strategies
This role also offers exposure to development through feasibility management, design input and cost/return optimisation.
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
We’re seeking someone with:
- 7+ years’ experience in Acquisitions, Development Management, Valuations or Agency (residential focus ideal)
- Proven track record sourcing and negotiating land acquisitions
- Strong financial modelling capability (Estate Master / Argus or similar)
- Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management and strategic thinking
- A proactive, relationship-driven approach with high motivation to deliver
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuations or a related field are expected.
