We are partnering with Applied Industrial Technologies, a global leader in industrial distribution, supporting customers through innovative solutions and partnerships with over 4,000 world-class manufacturers. With 33 locations across Australia and New Zealand, they are seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to take ownership of their Northam branch (approximately 1 hour from Perth). This is a unique opportunity to run your own branch—leading a team, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships, while being backed by a global organisation. What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the branch to achieve and exceed key performance targets
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth
* Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
* Increase market share across your designated territory
* Maintain a strong presence with customers through regular engagement and call cycles
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Continuously improve processes, performance, and customer experience
* Provide insights and reporting on branch performance to leadership
What You'll Need
* A hands-on leadership style - you lead by example and get involved
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
* Ability to travel within your region to grow and support your customer base
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, and leadership (industrial or similar industry preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a results-driven team
* Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Direct sales experience and commercial acumen
* Mechanical aptitude or exposure to industrial products (desirable)
* Background in distribution, FMCG, or industrial environments highly regarded
