About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at the the Waurn Ponds Hotel, Victoria. As a casual employee, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Supervising, including servers, bartenders and hosts
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Day to Day accounting of Gaming Room
* Must have current relevant licences for Gaming and Alcohol Services
* Providing excellent leadership and training
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
* Performing other duties as required to support the efficient operation
* Liaising with hotel Manager
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Proficient in cash handling and financial management
* Knowledge of relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays approximately 20 - 30hrs
