About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team in a Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent. As the ideal candidate you'll have a robust background in a similar environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Skills & Experience
- Guest Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. Express genuine appreciation when bidding guests farewell.
- Communication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.
- Attention to Detail: Display solid attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
- Opera PMS Experience: Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.
- Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.
- Police Check: All successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
