Shingle Inn bakery seeks an experienced cake decorator to join our team. We are looking for someone who can produce quality decorated products that meets our customer's expectations. To be successful in this role you must have good time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

The Shingle Inn Bakery, operated by David Peters Group that also runs the Shingle Inn Cafe network and Gilhooleys Irish Pub, is seeking someone with outstanding attention to detail to join our team.
Our focus is on making superior quality products, using traditional recipes and methods to supply our 40 cafes around Australia.

Applicants must have the following skills and experience:
* 1 year minimum experience in a similar role
* Strong skills in baking and decorating processes
* Be able to undertake all duties common to a cake decorator
* Follow approved decorations and recipes
* Ensure high quality and consistency in product decoration
* Ability to work within a high volume output commercial kitchen
* Assist and initiate creative/themed ideas for specialty occasions, including but not limited to Christmas, Mothers/Fathers Day, Easter, etc.
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Availability Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm
