Key Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including office management, executive assistance, maintaining a regional events calendar, report writing, presentations and communication skills.
They will provide high level administrative support to the Regional Assistant Director and core regional office team, maintain a regional events calendar and coordinate logistics for events, prepare reports, presentations and other materials as required, and interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
* Provide exceptional administrative support to the leadership team.
* Maintain accurate records and databases.
* Prepare and edit reports, documents and presentations.
* Come up with effective solutions to complex problems.
