Lawrence RVis arguably one of Australia's fastest growing Caravan Dealership's, A family-owned business with Sales and Service centres across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Newcastle. We proudly represent premium brands including Lotus Caravans, Royal Flair Caravans, Atlas Caravans. Design RV and Essential Caravans and with our growing Service Centre in Helensvale on the Gold Coast we are looking to support our team with an additional customer service agent.
This person would take on a broad role in assisting our customers with all their warranty and service enquiries including walk-ins and phone/email inquiries. You would assist your customers from start to finish which would involve working with them on their concerns, generating a claim, organising parts, meeting on drop off day, follow up of works and then invoicing and handover back to customer.
Role Responsibilities
· Assist customers with Warranty & Service enquiries
· Liaise with customers, manufacturers, and Service Department regarding warranty repairs throughout the repair process ensuring guidelines are adhered to
· Liaise with service technicians to answer customers technical questions and offsite diagnosing
· Take and process customer new service bookings
· Other administration duties as required
· Develop and maintain great relationships with customers
· Assist the service advisor role in general
· Contact customers before drop offs to confirm bookings and liaise during works to give updates
. Upsell accessories during services/warranty work (Commission paid)
Key Attributes
· Preferably a general knowledge of Caravans and Camper Trailers or a general mechanical aptitude is helpful but not essential. We can adjust the role to train a junior applicant if suitable.
· Ability to follow general instructions and put them into practice
· Have great communication and customer service skills
· Strong work ethic and reliable attitude. Be self-motivated with the initiative to work unsupervised.
· Neat, Tidy and Respectful appearance a must
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
· Highly developed computer skills with ability to work autonomously.
· Strong time management and organizational skills

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Starting date for this position is immediate.
