The Opportunity
My client is currently seeking experienced inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team on Swan St Richmond due to growth during peak times.
Intake commencement date: Monday, 20 October.
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, rotating roster 2pm–9pm, Monday to Friday.
About Your New Role
Training period: Full-time hours during training — Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, 6 weeks of onsite training at the Richmond office.
After training: Rotating roster 2pm–9pm, Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours per week. After training, work-from-home with one compulsory day in Richmond per week.
No leave required until January 2026.
National Public Holidays are standard days off.

You will be responsible for
Handling high-volume inbound calls and assisting customers via phone to meet their needs.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Contributing to the success of the business by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your results.
Meeting high standards in line with culture and customer expectations (e.g., call handling times and call quality).
Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded.
