NES Fircroft has recently partnered with a major contractor in the Australian construction industry. We are seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents to work on the expansion of Pluto Train 2.
Job Summary
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will lead a team, supervise supervisors and/or trade professionals on the project. Your responsibilities include directing trade activities, work schedules, coordinating subcontractor work, and team development. Your oversight ensures that trade professionals have the necessary tools, comply with project policies, procedures, work rules, and perform within specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Major Responsibilities
* Leadership and supervision of craft activities, subordinate superintendents, and others as assigned.
* Scheduling work and reviewing work accomplished by each craft.
* Overseeing tool and equipment usage on site.
* Managing the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables.
* Managing engineering solutions with subcontractors, leading hands, and craft professionals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience in large-scale LNG or similar construction projects.
* Experience with cable pulling.
* Experience supervising and managing subcontractors and/or direct hire trade professionals.
* Good knowledge of relevant Australian standards.
What We Offer
* Hourly rate: $ $122.00, depending on experience.
* Fortnightly pay schedule.
