New Role within the Public Sector as a Maintenance Planner Officer, working under the Maintenance Engineer.

Our client is a South Brisbane Based Public Sector Authority. They are looking to engage a Maintenance Planning Officer, reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, working in the Road and Water Infrastructure area.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be helping the Maintenance Engineer to develop, manage and action an asset maintenance program across roads and drainage infrastructure. You will also:
- Help Identify all the proactive and reactive works across the city to develop maintenance programs.
- Collect data needed for the preparation of the Maintenance programs, as well as, providing technical advice for all programmed cyclic maintenance activities.
- Investigate and solve any road and drainage maintenance complaints from the community, within a reasonable timeframe.
- Make sure all works completed comply with intervention standard, specifications, policies and guidelines.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will need experience and knowledge of the principles and practises that are apart of Road Maintenance Operations. As well as:
- Qualifications such as Certificate IV in Construction, Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- White card, Current C class driver's License.
- General skills such as good written and verbal communication, think independently, effective contribution to the team and more.
