Job Description Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments. Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner. Support Human Resources team with on-boarding and off-boarding employees. Support Finance Team with goods receipting process and employee expense reimbursements Assist with credit card reconciliations Book flights and accommodation Book operational training requirements Support site training mobilisation Update training compliance records Once a month travel to site is required The Successful Applicant A successful Team Support Administrator should have: Previous experience in an administrative or team support role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience using SAP Valid Australian Drivers License.
