About the Role
This part-time Carer position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a Multi Skilled Carer, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with resident's physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing through individualised care delivery
* Support and advocate the rights of older people
* Assist with activities of daily living, dressing and grooming
* Administer medication
You will work collaboratively with our team members to promote a harmonious working environment and foster meaningful relationships with our residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III/IV in Individual Support – Aging
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
* Evidence of COVID-19 and Current 2024 Flu vaccinations per policies
* Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checks

This is a part-time position working 75 hours per fortnight, with shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday across various residential facilities in the Northern Suburbs.
